Icon Request: Lifebuoy

[Explain the icon you think would fit well in this icon set and why it would be useful to Bitcoiners.]
I think the set currently misses good support/help icon in the set. I think lifebuoy well conveys that function.

Yes, I prepared the icon following the rules. There's one exception - small outline icon has stroke 0.75, as it visually fits better, but I've seen some icons do this so I hope this won't be a problem.

Also a question: could we add the icon under "Conncted sites" to "Extra icons" in the file as well?
Here's an update on the icon. Since all the icons should go well together, I included all additions in this milestone. It's slightly different from your proposal, how does it look?
