Describe the bug
beatmaps don't download
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the bug (be as detailed as possible, otherwise it much harder for me to fix it):
- Try to download a beatmap from webosu
Expected behavior
The beatmap downloads.

if it can't be reproduced then it's probably something on my end

found out it was because of the managed network I was on :p

i was already assuming that type of thing because we do seem to get blocked off a lot of network content management at this point and i don't like that a bit xd

blame fortinet and fortiguard
