Shut down when opening nsx

Hi there,
I have trouble opening the nsx file.
I downloaded an installed NPMK and all I did was to use function openNSx.
But it runs a couple of hours only to make matlab shut down.
It seems like a simple issue so I am puzzled. Please help!
