Decription:
When you leave Shadowform and have the Weakened Soul debuff that prevents you from applying Power Word: Shield on you the debuff disappears and you can use PW: Shield again.
How it works:
You can remove Weakened Soul by removing the Shadowform buff or casting a spell from the holy or discipline tree while in Shadowform.
How it should work:
The debuff doesn't disappear before it runs out.

At 13:45 The Shadow Priest leaves Shadowform to heal and the Weakened Soul Debuff stays on him (visible in the top right he shields himself just before)
