Decription:
Mind Blast does 100% extra threat.
How it works:
omen misjudges the threat threshold because it assumes blizzlike values of 1 threat per dmg done

step by step:
- take a priest
- cast mind blast on a mob
- damage the same mob with another character in melee range
- you won't take aggro before doing more than 220% of the damage the mind blast did although 110% is the aggro threshold for melee range
How it should work:
The extra threat was removed in patch 2.0.0 so it should only do regular threat for the damage done.
