The hasteeffect on "The Bladefist" has no inner cooldown making it procc insanely often and a better option than the way higher itemlevel Blacksmithing weapons or items from kara.
How it works:
The Bladefists (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=29348/the-bladefist) hasteprocc is missing an inner cooldown making it procc insanely often and a better option than the way higher itemlevel Blacksmithing weapons or items from kara.
How it should work:
The weapons hasteprocc should have an inner cooldown of 45s.
