Hello,
not sure if it's my config , the gtfs or a bug,
(file: https://opendata.tec-wl.be/Current%20GTFS/TEC-GTFS.zip)
but when i try to run this with a GTFS unzipped folder i got:

Any idea how i can solve this?

Thanks for reporting this issue.
I published an updated version https://github.com/BlinkTagInc/gtfs-to-geojson/releases/tag/3.7.0 which I think should solve this issue.
Try it out and let me know if it works for you.
