[BUG] New update causes extensive SystemUI 13 battery usage

Bug Description

After update to the latest 16.9.1 version my System UI 13 battery usage has spiked up to over 20% total usage (screen off/on). I've never had this bad of a battery usage before.

Restricting it in battery manager, clearing cache, restarting, killing it, don't help.

Steps to reproduce

Update to 16.9.1 bliss version on Oneplus 7pro

Expected Behavior

System UI 13 should not be using even close to 20% battery.

Current Behavior

System UI 13 uses a large amount of battery, and the phone constantly feels warm with the screen off

Possible Solution

I would try factory resetting, but I might as well try another rom at that point
