Keyboard appears over PIN entry when backgrounding the app while the keyboard is visible

Describe the bug
Any time the keyboard appears on screen and the application is backgrounded, bringing the app into the foreground shows the keyboard over the PIN entry screen.
To Reproduce
- Go to
Contacts - Tap the search / filter bar
- The on-screen keyboard will appear
- Background the application
- Restore the application
- Observe that the keyboard appears over top of the PIN entry screen
Expected behavior
The keyboard should be dismissed when the application is backgrounded.
