Support federated addresses

As of right now, BlockEQ doesn't support federated addresses, but it'd be really nice if BlockEQ had support for it (I tried using a federated address, but it says that the address is invalid by shaking the account field).

Ah, it's likely that android's wallet also need a fix but I don't own an android, so can't confirm.

A quick addition to this issue... support for SEP-0002 is required to be listed on the Stellar website: https://www.stellar.org/lumens/wallets/wallet-listing-guidelines
