Triggers stop working after ~6 hours

After the bot has been running for a few hours, triggers fail to capture chat, effectively shutting down the bot, though announcements continue to function.

Just a note -- #5 didn't fix this. This needs to be looked into more.

I believe this is caused by portal sessions being closed and then re-opened when the server is shut down due to inactivity. I need to do a test to verify this though.
