Bloop won't start on Windows 11

Describe the bug
After installation, Bloop doesn't start on Windows 11 (nothing appears, not even a loading screen). After the installer finished, I clicked on Run Bloop, and nothing happened. Then, I tried opening it from the shortcut more than one time. Bloop doesn't even appear in the Task Manager. I tried restarting my PC, and uninstalling & reinstalling Bloop a few times. Nothing worked.
This issue is for Bloop v0.6.5, but I couldn't get the last few versions of Bloop to work on my Laptop. I waited, thinking a version would come with a fix, but none of them did.

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 (Mobile)
RAM: 16 GB
