Air Rules

At some point Ill have to figure out how to handle common house rules. Chances are, Ill initially write the software handle the game the way I want to play it, and note somewhere all the house rules Im applying (chances are these will heavily affect the Air Rules; as noted in a variety of placed elsewhere, the designer and many players find that the rules as written are a combination of unwieldy, and ahistoric).
Perhaps in the future, users will be able to select which house rules they wish to use with the software, but at least initially they will be stuck with whatever set of rules I decide to implement.
