No stdout messages from TheWay.exe

TheWay.exe -? does not produce the help text however it does appear when the jar is invoked. Setting a launch4j header to console fixes this problem, but the program does not start as nicely as when gui is set as the header.
While not ideal, I'm not viewing this as a high priority.

This seems to well known trade-off between GUI and Console header in launch4j. This is often reported as the exe not taking command input but this is not the case, it is just the stdout messages which are disappearing and the options are working fine.

I have not been actively working on this fork for quite some time and I am not planning to address this issue.
