可能是登录服务器的问题，可以调整github action的执行时间，也可以一天多次执行github action

是用了Github Action，三天前连续出现此情况

凌晨的时候我使用手机流量访问每日一报网站，出现无法访问的情况，有可能是近期网安的要求在夜间只能校内访问
建议把填报时间改为北京时间8点以后
