Clarify if Steam needs to be closed for script to work properly

Of all the times I've applied the script, I've done it with Steam closed, but it would be interesting to have clarification in the script description about whether this is necessary or not.

If you run the script with Steam running, it will show you the prompt asking you if you want to exit the running Steam instance. You can try it yourself.
