Overwatch.fxh is missing

I have installed AstrayFX and Depth3D and I always get a message that Overwatch.fxh is missing.
My setup:
Reshade is 6.3.1
dgVoodoo2 (D3D8 game to D3D11)
Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast
Shaders that I see in my list and they are enabled:
Clarity.fx
GloomAO.fx
NFAA.fx
RadiantGI.fx
