Ball moves too slow

During the whole game the ball moves way too slow for the game to be entertaining. It means the player quickly gets bored because of the low difficulty of the game and lack of encouragement and reward.

The ball should speed up a bit by each wave of bricks. Along with starting with a higher velocity.
