文档和examples里面的代码不一致

您好，我发现这个文档https://dustone-mu.github.io/Getting%20Started/ 和exampleshttps://github.com/BoChenGroup/PyDPM/tree/master/pydpm/example 里面提供的代码结构和内容有一些不一致的地方，请问后续能统一一下吗，非常感谢！

请先按照example中的为准，docs中的example为之前版本，我们目前还在持续更新docs
