Publish artefact on maven central instead on your own nexus

Please just publish the last release (1.3) on maven central. The last version published is 1.0 and when your repo is down we can't download the artefact.

Very sorry about the repo problems.
I am aware of the situation and will try to fix it ASAP.

The artifacts are now available on jcenter, which should resolve the issue.
