For my use case I'd prefer the YAML and JSON providers by default would (effectively) unmarshal into the struct by default rather than having to set yml_file / json_file flags on each entry in the struct.

Hi @abh, thank you for your feedback.
This behavior is intentional so you could use different providers in a specific priority order (providers are called as they defined)
