Time for a single scroll and animation event: Not working

Today, I tried to install this extension for my forum (phpbb 3.1.9).

I set-up the option "Time for a single scroll and animation event:" to zero. But when user click on a topic, the cursor move to quick reply form immediately. (You can see my demo at http://discourse.phen.biz/

@tatari2909 does this happen only when QuickReply extension is enabled?
The mentioned setting is not related to moving the cursor.
Maybe you have some other scripts for that?

This issue happen because I enabled Tinypic extension.
