[FEATURE REQUEST] Add ability to set chunk folder location

I would like to be able to set the location where chunks are saved

Additional context
I use a Minio bucket for storage by mounting it with s3fs and putting the uploads folder into it, then serving and caching files with Nginx on a subdomain. However the uploads folder includes the chunks which are temporary files that introduce unnecessary traffic and slow down uploads.
