[BUG] Cannot work with page title control from page unless Pro is active

When Crio Pro is active, I see this on page under Page Attributes:

When Crio Pro is NOT active, I see this and the control does not work - I cannot override the Customizer setting.

When Pro is not active, the default setting does not show in the metabox as expected. It should be 'Use Global Settings'

The control does work now.

The Template the actual global setting listed (no sidebar) can the Page Title do the same thing? Say 'Use Global Setting show' or 'Use Global Setting hide'
