Change translucent overlays with palette changes

When I use the PPB to add a color overlay with opacity and then change the palette, the color overlay does not change. There is no color palette position tied to the code at this time.
Please add classes so when the palette changes so do the color overlays.

Opacity over image backgrounds and column backgrounds isn't changing as expected
