Why dedicated website if it can be hosted on MDN wiki? All this big document can be a dedicated article AND inside documentation about every part of it, for example http://bonsaiden.github.io/JavaScript-Garden/#array.constructor

This project is open source so feel free to do so. I don't think any of the maintainers will want to spend the time porting this whole site elsewhere.
