Remember toggle mode

Current behavior

To make it easier for me to explain, let's assume that Boostnote currently has 2 main modes and 2 sub-modes:

• Preview
• Editor
  • Full editor
  • Split view (editor with preview)

Right now you cannot switch between preview and split view directly by using what's configured in 'Switch to Preview'.

And you can only use the toggle button to switch from preview to split view, and then it stays in a loop between full editor and split view modes (and does not go back to preview mode).

Expected behavior

Because I only use either preview or split view (I do not use full editor), it would be nice to be able to easily switch between these two modes. This could be achieved by adding a "preferred editor mode" in the config, so that when you invoke what's configured in 'Switch to Preview' it would toggle between preview and your preferred editor mode (full editor or split view).

Steps to reproduce

Try to switch from preview to split view directly (back and forward).

• Boostnote version: 0.16.0-1
• OS version and name: Arch Linux

I am seeing this as well.
I can't consistently reproduce it but it definitely happens often, even randomly

This is actually the normal behaviour (so it always happens). I'm asking for it to be changed.
