Ansatz clashes for case-insensitive filesystems

Some filesystems, even MacOS, can be case-insensitive. This causes a clash between i.e. the CCSDT and CCSDt files in tests and codegen and only one file is pulled from the repo. We should add a modifier for lower-case filenames.
