Update to intl-tel-input v12

Proposed to update to v12 of intl-tel-input - looking at the diff between last v11 and current v12, seems that the primary change is the addition of the hiddenInput property. Doesn't seem like it would cause backward compatibility issues & is a fairly straightforward upgrade.
