GO03 q01.srx is bad

Test Grid Observatory 3.0, 10 Substract date:

says the result should be PT55M0.000S.

Eg Stardog returns PT55M, which is reported as an error. But certainly 0.000S is redundant and can be skipped.

I can not implement all the possibilities "may be" in the specification.
I will add in the next version the possibility to check several possible responses and the editors will be able to propose their xml/csv/ttl responses.

As a workaround, remove "0.000S" from expected.
