Add documentation for Water Leakage Sensors

Apparently the smart water alarm sensor is not documented anywhere yet. In the OpenAPI documentation there is documentation for the global water detection system, but not for the individual sensors.

In the Postman collection I also cannot find anything regarding the water leakage sensor states, and also nothing for the global water detection service.

Please add the OpenAPI documentation for the requests and responses of at least the following services of the sensors:

• WaterLeakageSensor
• WaterLeakageSensorTilt
• WaterLeakageSensorCheck

And also query examples for the sensors and the global water detection system in the Postman collection.
