Low voltage reset doesn't work

Hello guys,

I have 49,2V between + and - of the voltage sensors, but like 15V between P- and the positive.

I tried to reset the BMS many times and doesn't work, I have soldered the TX, RX and temperature connectors to not have any problems of communication, and all seems to work (the cables i mean).

The voltage between cells is like 4,0/4,1 (my multimeter is not so accurate, but they seem correct.

What do you think it can possibly be?
