Requirements

Update the swagger schema to be in line with our current api

@sameer2800 I accidentally started then stopped work.

Since you were here first - I just want to ask... What is your experience with django and docker? Important in deciding who gets approved on tackling this task.

@villanuevawill , I have little experience with django and docker. so i may take 2 to 3 days to finish it up. If you are in hurry, you can assign it to @iamonuwa.
