Keybindings modal goes off the bottom of the screen

Describe the bug
When you open the Keybindings modal, it goes off the bottom of the screen.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open the Keybindings modal on a normal 16x9 1080p screen
- See error
Expected behavior
I think it would be nice to add a scroll bar. I know that currently you can minimize a section, but a scroll bar would be better if they are both open.
