code: 1013 Unable to retrieve access token

Describe the bug
Homebridge.io fails to connect to the camera. The camera is working fine via the EZViz app.

Debug Output

To Reproduce
Above error message comes up on every reboot.

Please answer these questions before submitting this issue:

On what device are you running homebridge: Raspberry Pi 4
On what iOS version are you having issues: not related to iOS. The error is on the pi. I check Homebridge from both iOS 15.6, MacOS 12.5, windows etc
What camera types are having issues: CS-CTQ2c
Does this issue occur consistently or randomly: Consistently
If applicable, what was the last version that worked properly: None

I don't know why the message is in Chinese my location is UK

I am not using 2FA

Actually I've made progress, turns out when I set up the phone I used my phone to register and not my email. So adding my email to my EZViz account via the profile in the app got rid of the error messages.

No errors now but my issue is that although the camera now appears in Home app, it is just black and says "No response"

This issue is stale because it has been open 14 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 3 days

@netsmith Did you make any progress with this issue? I have the same 'Unable to retrieve access token' error but the camera do not get added to Homebridge. All works OK in the ezviz app.
