Bug: Oxidized doesn't show message length limit

Describe the bug
If I send a message over a certain number of characters (for example a long code snippet) Oxidized doesn't display any alert

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy a big snippet of code;
2. Paste it in a server channel
