Provide MSIX for download

On some editions of Windows such as Enterprise (LTSC) or Server, users don't have access to the Microsoft Store. Consider providing an MSIX package for download so they can use Oxidized.

Enterprise users should consider using professional software, like Microsoft Teams. A MSIX package is not available because the app is not public.
