Add section that shows recently used or frequently used emojis on top of other emojis in Pick Emoji panel

Rationale
Because it would be a lot easier to insert or give reaction with common emojis like thumb or love. I should mention that Discord's official app has this too but it's not working properly and I see only two or three emojis that I've never used them.
