Description of feature or change
Right now Microsoft Store links just open the web page. This is inconvenient. To make it easier to get other apps in the Microsoft Store, it should open directly in the Microsoft Store app.

Rationale
Microsoft Store links are often shared by people who use UWP apps. This will make a smoother and more universal experience.
