Bug: No caption buttons in compact overlay on tablet mode

Describe the bug
The close button slides away and never returns in tablet mode in compact overlay mode.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- In tablet mode, put Oxidized in compact mode. No caption buttons are present.

Can you try disabling extend title bar in tablet mode? It should get visible when hovering over the compact overlay window.
