Describe the bug
Something about the window activated event is not working for Game Bar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open game bar
  2. Send a message
  3. Close game bar
  4. Open game bar
  5. Send a message
  6. Welcome back appears
