add comment to topOfRayffi.bqn

This comment should indicate that the file inp-out/rayffi.bqn is auto generated by combining the text in file "topOfRayffi.bqn" to the output of parseRaylibJson.bqn.
This comment is so that people aren't confused and try to edit the autogenerated ffi file.
The comment could also explain how to generate the file, but that could be a seperate issue for another time.
Also, this comment should mention the new changes along with the ffi parser, like how functions with ref at the end work funcNameRef and why you sometimes want them, aswell as those ending with "Raw".
(this issue is still ongoing since i'd like a explanation on how it works)
topOfRayffi.bqn doesn't exist anymore since the new parser was added so i will close this. I believe there are good enough comments in the new parser's output.
