RespNames.RespNames need to be set per OutputIndex

The flow steps will have different RESP (responses) for which path the flow travels through, so need to be able to set sample response names for each output index.
Database.Select SUCCESS would return a recordset
Database.Select ERROR would return an error structure with the error number and error description.
