Nav bar or Top bar unstable

strutting/instablity of top bar is there, it can be noticed for big chapters like psalms 119 , scroll down to some mid position ,then try to scroll back up ,one can notice the top menu bar with all the menus like audio,infographics,etc will get displayed then all of sudden it gets hidden .

Testing completed and the issue is fixed. As discussed moving this issue to done.
