Rabbithole linking problem

some people have reported that they get this error above in the picture when they want to link their accounts to Rabbithole.

@abramsymons The text The contextId undefined is used by another user before is returned by node server as result when quering /operations/<ophash> endpoint.

Closing. This indicates an issue with RabbitHole issuing duplicate contextids (could be null, for example).
