Cache with the users input, not the resolved name (or both)

A cache miss occurs each time bmx is invoked if I do, e.g.

bmx print --account=dev-myaccount because it's called Dev-MyAccount, which Okta seems to be happy to resolve from the lowercase version, and this is used as the cache key.

I could see maybe trying both?
