Performance Intervals

New API functionality (in develop) includes the ability to have intervals with performances.
Need to:
- Incorporate into performance editor. By default, when creating a new performance the interval should be set to the interval of the first existing performance, or null if not available
- Display interval lengths in performance details pages, and on the pages when selecting a performance
