Problem

Part of #21 request was to allow to toggle quote within (to work with regex selection easier).

Solution

Idea from @v-kydela

  • Add a command "Toggle Quotes: Within"
  • Keep "Toggle Quotes: Surrounding" as default
  • Allow calling any command via the command launcher.
  • Allow changing the default
