Rename the SpaceAPI to BrixelAPI

Since the SpaceAPI is not only to be used for the actual SpaceAPI-implementation, a rename is needed to prevent confustion.
A suggested name is BrixelAPI.

Fixed by introducing #14
New namespace BrixelAPI.SpaceAPI allows other implementations.
