[TUI] Topmost item in "Manage existing mods" menu can't be selected

Pressing Enter on the topmost mod from the "Manage existing mods" menu does nothing. Moving its priority down with s allows you to select it then, but whichever one is at the top becomes non-selectable.

d4m v0.3.3 installed with pip on Arch Linux.
